Keep allergens at bay at home : Vacuum and clean with wet solutions the surfaces of the house
(floor, furniture, carpets, upholstery, curtains, stuffed animals, etc.)
Avoid having plants that produce pollen inside, as well as animals that lose hair.
Air the bed where the child sleeps and wash the sheets at least once a week at high temperature.
Limit outdoor activities on days when there are high levels of pollen.
Avoid environments with smoke or dust and cold drafts.
Keep the windows closed in the house or in the car so the pollen does not enter.
If you have been playing outside, wash your hands or take a shower after entering the house to remove pollen.
The feeding also helps. Increase consumption of fruits and vegetables, especially those rich in vitamin C (kiwi, orange, tomato), natural antihistamine, folic acid which helps prevent congestion and allergic reaction to pollen (apple, onion and spinach).
