Process
Requirements
This is an important part of our process at EZ Home Staffing LLC. After you have completed the family application form, we will contact you to find out your ideal candidate and expectations, which will allow us to have a clear vision during the candidate screening process using discretion to protect your privacy. We will also discuss any special considerations, work schedule, job expectations, compensation offer, fees and procedures.
The whole process will take anywhere from 1-6 weeks, depending on family requirements.
Agreement
The agency Agreement is an essential part of the process to start the search of candidates. Once we have discussed and outlined your candidate requirements, we will send you our agreement for your review and signature. The agreement contains the Agency fees, warranty period, confidentiality, and miscellaneous.
Search
Once the agreement is signed, the search for the best candidate for your family will begin according to your needs using discretion to protect your privacy. The search includes a preliminary screening, which includes interview. Once the qualified candidates have been selected following your requirements, you will receive a packet for your review that includes the candidate's resume, qualifications, work experience, and references.
Interview
After you reviewed the candidates packet and decided that you are interested in a candidate(s), we will coordinate an initial interview by phone call, video call (face time, Skype, zoom , etc.) or in-person interview. After the interview we follow up on how the interview went, to decide how we move forward to a potential trial run.

Trial Run
After the interview, you can coordinate with us to set up a trial run. We offer a free, one-week trial (you are responsible for paying the candidate directly). If you would like to spend more time with the candidate or extend the trial, we can help you to coordinate as need be until you have found the right fit for you and your Family.
Employment Offer
After you have decided on one of our candidates that meets your expectations and requirements you can officially extend an employment offer. This agreement will include a compensation packet pay rate+benefits, work schedule and job responsibilities.
A copy of the entire agreement must be shared with the agency for our records.
Screening
Once you have selected your Candidate and have made an employment offer, we outsource the following four-step background check. The background check will be shared with the client family prior to the hire’s start date:
